According to Radar Online, a new cancer scammer has been revealed. And like the many others, this one appears to be among the lowest of the low.

A 27 year old woman from Phoenix named Jamie Lynn Toler has been charged with fraud and theft after--allegedly--telling friends and family that she had been diagnosed with cancer and required immediate treatment.

In reality, she sought the money so she could buy herself some breast implants.

Toler is alleged to have told even those closest to her, including her mother, that because of her cancer, she would need a double mastectomy followed by breast reconstruction. Lacking insurance, she needed financial help.

Fundraisers and family members got together and raised approximately $8,000 for her 'treatment'. However, records secured by local police indicate that she paid a plastic surgeon with cash for a breast enlargement procedure.
