Breast cancer in men is nowhere nearly as prevalent as it is in women, but it’s not as rare as some believe it to be. According to the American Cancer Society, approximately 2,145 new cases of invasive breast cancer will be diagnosed among men in the coming year.

In a recent report, Fox News examined the case of a young male who was denied assistance by Medicaid as he attempted to have his newfound breast cancer treated.
